How are schedules managed across countries?
Timezone, replays, and local intensives
Live classes are planned in UTC and shown in your local time inside the platform. If you miss a session, replays are available. For on-site intensives, each course detail modal includes the local start time and venue schedule.

How does pricing work and what’s included?
Access duration, feedback, and materials
Pricing depends on the track (foundation, advanced, or intensive). All enrollments include access to the learning platform, replay library during your access window, assignment briefs, and recommended supply lists. Mentor review is included where stated on the course page.

Do I get a certificate?
Completion rules and verification
Yes. After completing required assignments and passing the final review, you receive a digital certificate. If a program includes an ID, the certificate contains a unique verification code for your records.

Online vs on-site conditions
Refunds are available within 14 days for online courses if less than 20% of the content is accessed. For on-site trainings, refund terms depend on venue commitments and are outlined in the enrollment terms shown at checkout.
